* must be sent within 2 weeks to That's Entertainment Dancewear, 53 London Road Liverpool L3 8HY for either an exchange or a refund. All orders are double checked however if any picking errors occur please inform us within 48HR from receipt of the order.
* must be sent postage paid. We recommend recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid return parcels.
* must be sent in new resaleable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
This does not affect your statuory rights.
For a fast process, enclose a copy of your invoice as well as your instructions.
Goods can be returned within 2 weeks from the delivery date however they have to be in new resaleable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached. Under the UK trading standards you are entitled to change your mind and standard postage will be refunded if you cancel your contract with That's Entertainment Dancewear within 7 days from receipt of goods (UK delivery addresses only). Cancellation of contract does not apply to partial orders being returned and must be notified in writing or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org Only standard delivery is refundable.
Please note no postage is charged for straight exchanges going to a UK address (same style/quantity but in a different size or colour). Exchanges with additional items or new orders will be charged at the standard postage rate. All exchange orders outside the UK will be charged at our standard postage rate.
All tights and special orders are a final sale.
Printed garments may fade with repeated washing. We recommend these items are washed by hand following the washing instructions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to use your original card details to make a payment debit or credit as per your return/exchange intructions.
